Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months at the discounted monthly rate shown above. You can upgrade or downgrade plans at renewal. Mid-year upgrades are prorated; mid-year downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Card testing detection — enhanced velocity clustering and merchant pattern analysis for small-probe attacks — is included in Growth and Scale. On Starter, standard velocity signals still flag many card testing patterns, but the dedicated module with tuned clustering thresholds is Growth+ only.

The 99.97% uptime SLA on Scale covers API availability measured monthly. Downtime is defined as the scoring API returning 5xx errors for more than 60 consecutive seconds. SLA credits apply as account credits at the rate of 10% per 0.1% below target, up to 30% of monthly charges.

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled before renewal with 30 days notice; no partial-year refunds on annual commitments.
